These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Firelight Lotus website, booking platform, educational resources, digital content, and all spiritual consultations, ceremonies, rituals, travel services, classes, community offerings, and other services provided by Firelight Lotus LLC ™ .

By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, participating in any offering, or using any educational resources provided by Firelight Lotus ™ , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of this website and do not schedule services.

1. Nature of Services

Firelight Lotus LLC ™ provides spiritual consultations, intuitive guidance, ritual work, traditional Korean ceremonial practices, energy-based services, and educational resources intended for personal reflection, spiritual development, cultural education, and the respectful preservation of indigenous Korean spiritual traditions.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Clients remain solely responsible for all decisions made before, during, or following participation in any service.

2. Booking, Payment & Scheduling

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

Prices, services, availability, scheduling, and offerings may change without prior notice.

Certain ceremonies, travel requests, educational events, and custom ritual work require additional consultation before scheduling.

Firelight Lotus ™ reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when appropriate.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Refund Policy

Every appointment, consultation, ceremony, ritual, and spiritual service requires dedicated preparation, reserved scheduling, and individualized attention.

Because of this commitment, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed services

  • Missed appointments

  • Client cancellations

  • Late arrivals

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment

  • Dissatisfaction based upon personal expectations or perceived outcomes

Spiritual services are energetic, intuitive, and deeply personal in nature. Because every individual's circumstances and spiritual journey are unique, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.

Rescheduling may be permitted when reasonably possible and must be mutually agreeable to both the Client and Firelight Lotus ™ .

If a mutually acceptable appointment cannot be arranged, Firelight Lotus may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative service of comparable value, including written correspondence where appropriate.

4. Spiritual Services & Personal Responsibility

Participation in spiritual consultations, divination, ceremonies, rituals, prayers, energy work, educational offerings, or cultural teachings is entirely voluntary.

Clients acknowledge that spiritual experiences are subjective and personal.

Firelight Lotus ™ makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding future events, relationships, finances, employment, legal matters, health, fertility, reconciliation, prosperity, spiritual experiences, or any other desired outcome.

Clients voluntarily accept full responsibility for their own interpretations, decisions, actions, and personal outcomes following participation in any service.

5. Travel & Virtual Services

Firelight Lotus ™ offers both virtual and in-person services where appropriate.

Travel services are considered individually based upon scheduling, preparation requirements, location, and the nature of the requested ceremony or consultation.

Additional travel expenses, transportation, lodging, venue fees, permits, or related costs may apply and will be discussed before confirmation.

Virtual services require a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology. Firelight Lotus is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, technical failures, third-party platforms, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Brand Protection

All original content published by Firelight Lotus LLC tm ™, including but not limited to website content, educational resources, blog articles, the Korean Gods Index, service descriptions, ceremonies, rituals, prayers, divination methods, educational materials, written content, videos, graphics, photographs, artwork, logos, downloadable resources, and other original creative works, is the exclusive intellectual property of Firelight Lotus LLC ™ unless otherwise stated.

The names Firelight Lotus tm ™, Mudang Mi, Korean Gods Index, and associated branding, logos, slogans, educational materials, and original works are proprietary brand identifiers of Firelight Lotus LLC ™.

Nothing contained within this website grants any license or permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Firelight Lotus ™ content without prior written permission.

Written notes taken by the client for personal reference are permitted.

8. Confidentiality

Firelight Lotus ™ recognizes that clients often share deeply personal, emotional, cultural, and spiritual information.

Information shared during consultations, ceremonies, rituals, correspondence, travel services, classes, or educational events will be treated with care and confidentiality.

Confidentiality will be maintained unless disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect against an imminent threat of serious harm, or authorized in writing by the client.

Firelight Lotus ™ respects the privacy of every client and strives to maintain a safe and respectful environment for spiritual work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Firelight Lotus LLC ™, Firelight Lotus™, Mudang Mi ™ , its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to participation in any consultation, ceremony, ritual, educational service, travel service, virtual service, website use, or reliance upon information provided through Firelight Lotus ™.

Clients acknowledge that spiritual guidance is inherently personal and subjective and that no guarantee of results has been made.

10. Waiver & Indemnification

Clients voluntarily participate in all Firelight Lotus ™ services and assume full responsibility for their own actions, decisions, interpretations, and personal outcomes.

By participating in any service, clients agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firelight Lotus LLC ™, Firelight Lotus ™, Mudang Mi ™, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal actions arising from participation in any service or use of this website, except where prohibited by law.

Users agree not to:
