Traveling Korean Shaman Services | Firelight Lotus ™

Long distance travel will not require a party of the client to meet Firelight Lotus at place of business to pick up tools. Firelight Lotus and Shaman assistant will meet client at their home/location. 

• 41-60 Mile Radius from Firelight Lotus (one-way) by car: $400 fee + cost of a car rental & insurance 

- Fee does not include cost of service.

• Outside of 81 mile radius, travel arrangements and fee will be agreed upon by Firelight Lotus.

• Domestic Flight travel: $500 logistics labor fee + accommodations for Firelight Lotus and Shaman Assistant

Client must cover flight (business class), and/or car rental, and hotel expenses for the Firelight Lotus and Shaman Assistant, as Firelight Lotus does not travel alone.

• Flight, car, and hotel selected by Firelight Lotus.

• All bookings require insurance should client or Firelight Lotus need to cancel for any reason.

• Booking of flight and/or car rental, and hotel expenses will be completed by Firelight Lotus.

• Full estimated payment of travel expenses (including fee) due upon scheduling of services.

• Should the cost be extra, Firelight Lotus will bill the client the remainder. This should be paid in full prior to travel date, or services will be cancelled by Firelight Lotus.

•  Payment of electronic wire transfer/bank transfer or card is to be made to Firelight Lotus who will then book and confirm travel arrangements with client. Checks are not accepted.

• Supply Costs: TBD

• Clients are responsible for covering the cost of any supplies needed for the service/ceremony.

• Firelight Lotus will provide a list of required items upon request after God Divination Consultation.

• Assistant Fee: $500

• All Korean Shamans require an assistant for travels and Shamanic ceremony.

• Fee is per event/ceremony.

 Kindly be informed that travel fees are separate from the service fees performed by Firelight Lotus. In the event that Firelight Lotus needs to travel to your location to provide our services, a travel fee will be applied to your service cost. As our valued client, please understand that you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with Firelight Lotus and shaman assistant's travel, such as transportation, accommodation, and supplies related to the shamanic service requests.

Mudang are often called upon to heal and aid the sick and those in need, regardless of distance. Firelight Lotus travel policy requires all travel expenses paid in full via electronic wire transfer/bank transfer or card, and scheduled directly through the business at least 1 month prior to travel date. Firelight Lotus does not accept pick up and drop off service from client.

Cancellation and refunds must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to travel date. See Cancellation Policy. Fee does not include cost of service. Fee is per event/ceremony.

Travel within 20 mile radius from Firelight Lotus place of business: Free

• Fee does not include actual services performed/requests.

• A party from the client side must arrive at the agreed upon date and time to pick up Shaman tools if required for ritual/ceremony.

• Firelight Lotus and their assistant will arrive separately from client to destination.

• A car rental will not be required within 40 miles from Firelight Lotus place of business.

Additional Travel Time Outside of 21 miles (up to 40 miles one-way): $225

Long-Distance Travel: (outside of 40 miles will require flight, or car rental):
When it comes to finding a shaman, sometimes you have to travel a little further. Firelight Lotus will designate if travel will be completed via a car or if a domestic flight is required.
